NEW FEATURES

- Upgraded web interface for reduced size and faster loading. 
  Removed frame based page to eliminate 408 errors when no

- Updated gas tank control code to be in compliance with OG-300,

- Changing clock time requires a control restart; adjusted a
  pop up to advise the user that the browser may get a timeout 
  error while controller is restarting.

BUG FIXES

- Fixed issue that in some cases would prevent Ethernet hardware
  from detecting an Infrastructure connection.

- Fixed issue not allowing SSID renaming in AdHoc mode (WIFI's)

- Fixed settings password issue - password is now persisted and
  a change to the password will require a restart of the control.
  Added pop up to alert user to this.

- Fixed issue where energy sensors could be default as the same
  sensor (WIFI LITE).
